To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be returned with its original packaging, including all tags and labels.

6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.
